SitnHeal does not provide any veterinary services and works only as your proxy to administer any services or medications prescribed by your pets current veterinarian for home administration. All medical questions should be directed to your veterinarian.

I'm afraid my pet is hurting or sick, what should I do?

Please call your regular veterinarian, or an emergency veterinary hospital, or refer to our Emergency Resources page

My pet needs a medication refill/ I'm afraid their medications aren't working well enough what should I do?

Please contact your regular veterinarian for any refill requests or medication questions as well as any questions regarding their health status or changing medical care needs
